Mission
Statement
The
Shelter responds to the emergency needs of people for shelter, food, personal hygiene, clothing, medical assistance and medications, and crisis intervention services without charging fees or imposing time limits.
We also offer support services and referrals to other
area agencies as necessary for food stamps, housing
placement, substance abuse counseling, legal aid, health
care, jog training and employment.
The
Shelter has
been a vital part of this community since 1986 - we're here
to stay. |
